Registration
Attendance is by invitation extended to all countries of the world as well as
international bodies working in the field. Invited delegates will be able to
register via the designated "country
delegation co-ordinator" when receiving the invitation, and
registration forms must be forwarded to the conference organiser.
Country delegation Co-ordinators have access to register delegates and may
contact Village Exhibitions to obtain a log in name and password after which
the Country delegation coordinator will receive an email invitation-to-register
providing them with a link to register their delegations online.
On arrival delegates will receive a conference pack that will include full
details on the Conference.
Accreditation
All delegates must be accredited. The accreditation area will be situated in the
clearly marked Sandton Civic Art Gallery, which will be open from 30 March - 3
April (08h00 - 16h00). Delegates are required to go through the accreditation
process in person. All delegates must ensure that they are in possession of
their passports or identity documents. Access cards for all categories of
participants will be issued during the accreditation process.
