Accomodation & Travel
The Official Hotel List for GFV provides an indication of accommodation
available at special conference rates. Delegates who would like to take
advantage of these discounted rates at any of the Official Hotels, may download
the Accommodation Booking Form available
here.
Early reservations are recommended as accommodation is subject to availability.
Pre-booked transfers are offered between OR Tambo Airport and the official
conference hotels. To pre-book your airport transfers please complete your
flight details as requested in the Accommodation & Airport Transfer Booking
Form. Delegates are required to make their own arrangements for transfers to
any hotels or destinations that are not on the official list.
To assist delegates in selecting a convenient hotel, a map of Sandton and
surrounding areas, which indicates the location of all hotels on the official
list, can be downloaded here.

Welcome Desk
There will be a welcome desk at the OR Tambo International Airport to assist all
delegates with transport arrangements.
